Logo Guidelines and Other Resources
Austin Energy is a community-owned utility. We're providing a not-for-profit enterprise of the City of Austin that is focused on driving customer value in energy services. We are 1,700 of your friends and neighbors with a mission to safely deliver clean, affordable, reliable energy and excellent customer service — 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. As of 2021, we currently serve more than 528,000 customers.

Brand Logos
The preferred way to use the Austin Energy logo is over a white/light background or on one of the primary colors.
- Use the full color logo whenever possible.
- Do not modify the logo by squeezing or stretching it.
If the logo must be placed on a dark background, use one of the following two versions:
- Full color logo with white registration mark
- Reversed logo
In addition, when color options are limited, the black and white logo may be used.
Stock Photos and B-Roll
Be sure to credit Austin Energy when using photographs or B-roll.

Public Information Requests
You can request public information pertaining to Austin Energy or any City or Austin Department. All requests go through the City's Communications and Public Information Office via their online public information request form.
