Bundle Energy Saving Upgrades Near Zero Cost
Do you want to use less electricity, get rebates and boost reliability for your business? Selecting three energy efficiency improvements through the Small Business Bundle rebate program can move you towards your energy-reducing goals.
Austin Energy offers rebates to qualifying small businesses and non-profits for energy-reducing upgrades and services. Meet your savings goals with a tailored Small Business Bundle.
Austin Energy will provide a free, in-person energy assessment to guide in selecting three impactful measures aimed at reducing the amount of electricity needed to power your business.
Financing Available
Affordable, short- and long-term loans are available to help eligible businesses and non-profits invest in energy-saving upgrades. Learn more about financing options.

Incentive
Choose three recommended upgrades and services for immediate and lasting benefits such as an HVAC tune-up, LED lighting and a smart thermostat. For example.
- Get a $350 rebate for HVAC tune-up for non-PTAC Units, five (5) tons or less.
- Get new, energy-efficient, long-lasting LED lighting with a rebate covering most fixture and installation costs.
- Get a $250 rebate for installation and programming on select smart thermostats. Plus, join the Power Partner Thermostat program for an additional $50 bill credit when you enroll, plus $25 annually for each thermostat that remains enrolled.

Eligibility
Small businesses:
- Provide a W-9 verifying the business is Texas-owned or franchised
- Have five (5) or fewer locations
- Spend less than $60,000/year on electricity
- Use Austin Energy Rate Tier 1 (<10kW) or Rate Tier 2 (>10kW <300kW)
Non-profits and houses of worship:
- Provide an IRS determination letter or similar documentation verifying tax-exempt 501(c) status
- Spend less than $120,000/year on electricity.Use Austin Energy Rate Tier 1 (<10kW) or Rate Tier 2 (>10kW <300kW)
- Use Austin Energy Rate Tier 1 (<10kW) or Rate Tier 2 (>10kW <300kW)
- All houses of worship and non-profits are eligible, regardless of rate.
- Government buildings, schools, tax-exempt real estate trusts, and housing co-ops are not eligible for this bonus.

You must have a participating contractor install the equipment to qualify for this offering. Austin Energy recommends that you get at least three different estimates from any of the contractors listed on this page.
Participating contractors must comply with all program requirements and conduct business in an honest, professional, and ethical manner. All participating contractors must abide by the Austin Energy Code of Conduct and Ethical Requirements (pdf).
