When customers need a helping hand, we have their backs with bill help for customers experiencing financial hardship, individualized support for folks with critical medical needs, and much more.
Community Focused
When you pay your electric bill, you are helping support Austin’s libraries, parks, and public safety. Part of Austin Energy’s revenue goes back into the community through City services. We also help local school districts, small businesses, and non-profits with special discounts and rebates.

We offer free resources to help customers prepare and stay safe in outage emergencies. We even visit schools and hold events to teach students about electrical safety.
