Affordable Energy Summit

Working Together to Help Our Neighbors in Need

Affordable Energy Summit 2018

The Affordable Energy Summit is a collaborative forum of city and community leaders dedicated to delivering affordable energy. This annual event, hosted by Austin Energy, provides updates on the Customer Assistance Program and issues affecting customers with limited incomes.

Topics presented at the Affordable Energy Summit include program benefits, residential rates, the collections process, and bill payment options for customers.

By working directly with community partners who serve thousands of clients each month, Austin Energy can reach more customers in our community. Community partners include non-profit and faith-based organizations, government agencies, advocacy groups, and low-income housing representatives.

The City of Austin Affordable Energy Summit will be held on Friday, November 17, 2023, at the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center. Registration is now open.
