Austin Energy’s new Solar Insights tool is an innovative digital feature designed to enhance the experience of residential solar customers through the City of Austin utility customer portal. Austin Energy solar customers can now track their solar production year over year, right alongside their consumption at no additional cost.
This tool provides solar customers with valuable insights into their solar energy usage and performance, supporting Austin Energy’s goals of improving customer satisfaction, increasing data transparency and fostering greater community engagement around renewable energy.
