to apartment and other multi-family properties.

our Multi-Family offerings. That totals over five million dollars
to date.
Eligibility

Residents must be Austin Energy electric
utility customers |

Only buildings with four or more residential units
are eligible |

The buildings must be air-conditioned |
Funding
Funding is limited and is available only to Austin Energy customers on a first-come, first-served
basis. The offering is subject to change without notice.
