Power Saver™ Program
Multi-Family—Apply

  1. Complete and submit a free Energy Survey Request Form.
  2. Austin Energy contacts you to set up a free walk-through energy audit. The auditor will provide you with written suggestions and rebate forms. Mail or Fax the completed survey request to:

  3. Select a contractor to perform the work. Austin Energy must receive and approve your rebate application and a signed contract or bid before installation.
  4. Once work is complete, contact your Multi-Family Offering representative for a final inspection. The contractor must be present at final inspection. At the inspection:
  5.  All removed equipment must be stored in an orderly manner, ready for disposal.
     Present final invoices, detailing the material and labor costs for each item.
  6. Receive your rebate check by mail in four to six weeks.

Funding
Funding is limited and is available only to Austin Energy customers on a first-come, first-served basis. The offering is subject to change without notice.
