	Up to $11,000 for single-family homes or duplexes
	No closing costs up to $400

Property owners can use the loan to:

	Make all recommended weatherization improvements
	Improve duct systems
	Install up to two new central AC or heat pump systems (14.0 SEER/ 11.5 EER or higher)
	Convert window unit(s) to a central AC or heat pump system (14.0 SEER/11.5 EER or higher)
	Perform required duct system testing

	Up to $8,500 for single-family homes
	Up to $11,000 for duplexes, two-HVAC replacement, window-unit-to-central-AC conversion
	No closing costs up to $400

The loan can be used to:

	Install a new central AC or heat pump system (14.0 SEER/11.5 EER or higher)
	Improve duct systems
	Install attic insulation up to R-38 (duct sealing and testing required)
	Install solar screens or window film
	Install radiant barrier to underside of roof decking
	Perform required duct system testing
