Levelized Billing Program Guidelines

Program Eligibility

 A residential utility account in your name for the last 12 months at your current address
 You are not planning to move during the program year (November-October)
 Customers with a previous balance, on a deferred payment program or in collections are ineligible to participate


Program Guidelines

 Continue to receive your monthly utility bill to monitor consumption, account balance and the due date. You will receive a welcome notice on your first levelized bill to indicate participation in the program.
 Make 12 payments per year.
 Adjustments to the monthly levelized amount occur on an annual date.
 Next year’s payment calculation factors in debits and credits accumulated over the past year.
 Interest is not paid or charged on accumulated debits or credits while enrolled.
 Credits are not refunded unless you discontinue your enrollment.
 Missing a payment or paying an incorrect amount may lead to removal from the program. If removed, you must wait six months to reapply.
 The Levelized Program is transferable between service addresses.
